Owner
Bailey Seagraves has been helping develop goalies since 2012 but started coaching full time in 2017 shortly after he accepted the role as Emergency Backup Goaltender for the Columbus Blue Jackets in the NHL. With the rapid growth, Seagraves Goaltending was officially founded in 2019!
Bailey is a native of Hilliard, OH. Playing his youth hockey in Columbus with the Ohio AAA Blue Jackets. During his time with the AAA Jackets he earned multiple US National Festival Camp invites, the opportunity to compete for a spot on the USNTDP and then later drafted by the Chicago Steel in the USHL Futures Draft. He would go on to play his Junior hockey career in the USHL, NAHL & USPHL Premier (now NCDC) before moving onto his role with the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Bailey has played/coached at the Youth, High School, Junior, College and Professional level. Along with his CBJ role, he also is currently the Director of Goaltending Development for Battery Hockey Academy, Goalie Coach for the Ohio State Women's D1 team, Ohio AAA Blue Jackets, and other High School/Youth programs.
