Development Camp
Join us July 15th - 19th for an intense week of goalie training focused on evolving your game. Learn how to handle yourself like an elite-level goaltender both on and off the ice. With two on-ice sessions, multiple classroom session and one off-ice session per day, this camp has a specifically tailored program that will take a deep dive into the position to challenge you to grow your game!
Who is this camp for?
Our camp is available to highly motivated goaltenders of all ages and skill levels. Goalies will be grouped appropriately with other goalies of similar age and skill level.
Camp includes:
- 12.5hrs On-Ice Instruction
- 5hrs Off-Ice Training
- 3 to 1 goalie to net ratio
- Daily classroom sessions
- Video reviews & breakdown of NHL, NCAA & Junior level goalies
- Flexibility, mobility & recovery sessions
- Mindset & mental strength training
- Hand-Eye training
- Developing a routine: pregame & pre-practice
- High level shooters
- Seagraves Goaltending jersey
- Seagraves Goaltending water bottle

9:15am Arrival (9:00am check-in on day 1)
9:45 - 10:45am Ice Session #1- Skating & Puck Handling
11:00 - 11:30am Classroom Session #1
11:40 - 12:40pm Off-Ice
12:50 - 1:20pm Classroom Session #2
1:20 - 1:50pm Lunch
2:15 - 3:45pm Ice Session #2- Fundamentals/Game Situation/Etc.
3:45pm Day Ends/Departure
Staff
All sessions will be led by Coach Bailey Seagraves and his staff of current/former AAA, Varsity, Junior, College, and Pro goaltenders.
What do you need to bring?
- Goalie Equipment
- Running Shoes & Workout Clothes (Extra set of clothes & on-ice base layers recommended)
- Water bottle
- Packed lunch, healthy snacks, and additional hydration drinks
